The Initial Meeting..
We take the time to personally meet with all our clients and get a good understanding of their situation, both business and personal, to identify the key factors that need to be prioritised in your plan.
You receive a written plan with our recommendations, this includes the most competitive options available in the market taking into account the benefits provided under the various policies and their relative cost. We can work closely with your other business advisors and we encourage you to have their input into the overall plan.
We meet with you each year to review and adjust your insurance plan as required, to ensure that it continues to meet your requirements.
The Claims Process..
We never lose sight of the fact that when you need to claim is when you need us most. We’re right there beside you, understanding your needs, answering your questions and supporting you through the process with the insurance providers.
By following our Insurance Design Process, we can recommend, implement, and regularly review your insurance plan keeping it current and relevant to your situation. This means that at claim time the insurance then responds as required.
