As well as our collections of material we have a range of services designed to enable children to get the most out of the library.

A regular pre-school programme that uses stories, rhymes, and simple crafts to enhance and support a child's reading and learning experiences.

Te Roopu Ratonga Maori, The Maori Services Team, has been set up to meet the needs of library customers in terms of access to Maori information and to assist in promoting bicultural development in accordance with the Treaty of Waitangi. As library members our customers have access to a wide variety of materials, whether for research and reference, or for recreation and entertainment.

Bookchat

It is a chance to discover new titles, read books you might not normally pick up, or re-examine books you already know and love. Pukekohe Pukekohe BookChat meets on the fourth Friday of each month at 10am in the library. Waiuku BookChat gathers on the first Friday of each month at 10am in the library.
