Our approach to coaching is built on a strong
personal and professional commitment to continuous
learning and development. We aim for coaching
experiences to be focused, stimulating and fun,
and make a difference. We do not believe that
change has to be painful - nor take a long time
to be achieved.
Sessions are tailor-made for each person. They
are interactive, flexible and progressive. Coaching
sessions include setting goals and ensuring that
planning and skills are in place to achieve them,
development of strategies, enhancing personal
strengths, transforming limitations and provision
of new tools, techniques and behavioural change
options. Capability development over the duration
of the coaching relationship is inevitable.
To ensure clients benefit as much as possible
from each session, we commence work together before
we even meet and agree actions for implementation
between sessions. These tasks facilitate practical
and integrated learning.
We clarify what’s important to the client,
shape objectives and identify priority themes
and areas for change and/or development. We structure
sessions around the agreed outcomes and priorities
and incorporate specific key issues that arise
over the coaching period.
A phased approach is often very effective with
