Success Coaching
- 1 to 1 coaching for individuals

Coaching enables you to move through challenges faster and smarter. It’s your resource for accelerating your success in life and business.

Maybe you’re already good and want to improve your game even further, something’s holding you back or it’s time to make changes. Some people target specific issues and goals while others prefer to use our coaching as an ongoing resource for continuous development. With your own personal coach you’ll be able to fulfill your dreams, and deal with issues arising, more quickly and fully.

Managers often utilise our coaching for themselves and their staff to support their professional growth and development, address performance issues and enhance capability and effectiveness as team members.
Coaching enables you to:

  • Take charge of your emotions and your life
  • Develop new communication and people skills
  • Clean up limitations and gain essential tools for results
  • Turn around performance and management issues
  • Energise your business plan and make it happen
  • Develop resources and resilience
  • Set and achieve the outcomes you want in your life and work

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

Approach and style

Our approach to coaching is built on a strong personal and professional commitment to continuous learning and development. We aim for coaching experiences to be focused, stimulating and fun, and make a difference. We do not believe that change has to be painful - nor take a long time to be achieved.

Sessions are tailor-made for each person. They are interactive, flexible and progressive. Coaching sessions include setting goals and ensuring that planning and skills are in place to achieve them, development of strategies, enhancing personal strengths, transforming limitations and provision of new tools, techniques and behavioural change options. Capability development over the duration of the coaching relationship is inevitable.

To ensure clients benefit as much as possible from each session, we commence work together before we even meet and agree actions for implementation between sessions. These tasks facilitate practical and integrated learning.

We clarify what’s important to the client, shape objectives and identify priority themes and areas for change and/or development. We structure sessions around the agreed outcomes and priorities and incorporate specific key issues that arise over the coaching period.

A phased approach is often very effective with an intensive start-up to address pressing issues, identify major impediments to progress and establish motivating objectives. As key changes are made and goals achieved, sessions are held at more spaced intervals.

The goal of coaching is the goal of good management: to make the most of an organisation’s valuable resources. (And an individual’s valuable resources!)

Individual change sessions

Watershed offers ‘change intensives’ and ‘breakthrough sessions’. Each session is personally designed to address your needs and meet your aspirations.

A session may focus around one major outcome or specific issue. Or you might prefer that we review where you are across the board and develop your personal strategic plan. Either approach, the results will roll out into your life and the world around you.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
