It makes sense to look after your investments. That's why we offer a regular maintenance service for all your electronic security equipment. In accordance with the New Zealand Standard NZS4301 that governs the installation and servicing of electronic security equipment, we recommend that your equipment be serviced every six months.
These maintenance checks will cover testing of your system including any backup power supplies and batteries and ensure that all equipment is secure and in good working order. Little things like ensuring that the system time is correct can help avoid confusion when viewing alarm event logs after an event occurs.
For surveillance camera systems, we check that all cameras are operating and that they are in focus and viewing the required area. We also check the recorded image quality during playback and ensure that any CD-Writers, if fitted, are operational.
