Open to All Access members of CrossFit Auckland, as well as non-members by application. Members of CrossFit Auckland Barbell Club have access to four 90-minute sessions per week from 5:00pm – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday and receive monthly programming. Inside of these sessions there are two divergent streams of programming, both of which are designed to compliment your regular training regimen: CFAK Olympic Weightlifting – fast lifts CFAK Raw Strength – slow lifts We provide expert coaching to all age groups, including youth, junior, senior and masters categories, programmed by Coach Alex Porter.

CrossFit Auckland Kids and Teens is an age specific fitness program for children and teenagers between 5 and 18 years of age. CrossFit Auckland Kids and Teens focuses on a child’s motor and cognitive skills by teaching proper movement in an interactive group setting making fitness training fun.
