The initial session is one hour. We will ask you about your symptoms and any other relevant information. WE will check your pulse, oxygen levels, and normal way of breathing. If the breathing is a problem, then we will help restore a normal, regular breathing pattern, how to address your symptoms when they occur, and explain what is going on. You will need to come for follow-up a week later, and this and any subsequent sessions are half an hour. we will continue to monitor how you are going, and address any new issues or fine tune the breathing to cope with a variety of settings and activities. If you have a high stress or high performance lifestyle you then come back for a "top-up" session, if/as you feel would be helpful. Our sessions are designed around what you want and need. Our sound medical knowledge means your treatment is well-informed. Symptoms we treat that you may not know are related to breathing are back pain, chest pain (non-cardiac), chronic fatigue, anxiety, and chronic cough.
