Boot Camp

TrueLife Training offers a Boot Camp two times per week for one hour. This is not a traditional boot camp, rather it is outdoor group fitness training with great people getting awesome results. The outcomes are the same as a good boot camp: weight loss, toning, increased strength, improved fitness, and more energy, but the delivery is more fun, more specific, and more personal!

Run out of Western Springs Park (Tuesdays 6am) and Fowlds Park (Thursdays 6.30pm), TrueLife Training's group fitness sessions will motivate, challenge and push you harder than you would go on your own. You will be jumping, lunging, pushing, pulling, and crunching your way to fitness supremacy!

There is a mix of circuit training to increase your strength and tone and cardio training to get the blood pumping. We use strength bags for resistance along with everything available in the park (benches, rails, bars, stairs) and get the feet moving for our cardio sessions.

We have had so many excellent results from this outdoor fitness training / boot camp. Come and join us for a fun, social and challenging way to exercise!
