Introduction to "Buddhist Meditation" Courses
Our six-week meditation courses provides instruction in two meditation practices - the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. Together they help develop relaxed awareness, clarity and compassion. This course will introduce the essential principles of Buddhist meditation and provide you with the tools needed to work effectively within your meditation practice.
The benefits of meditation are best experienced through the act of meditating regularly. You will get a taste of these benefits during this course and will be in a better position to assess for yourself whether meditation is something you wish to pursue.
These courses are often fully booked a few weeks in advance, so we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
