Let us help you prepare for your next interview! No matter how good you are or how many interviews you have done, interviews are always daunting and can often be a difficult process. This is where we come in! We have designed a range of interview coaching models to suit everyone from students through to senior executives with a focus on preparing you for interviews with potential employers, recruitment agencies, HR and Hiring Managers. Our aim is to provide professional support so you are well informed, fully prepared, confident and armed with all the inside recruitment tips to maximise your chances of securing your next dream role. Each session is around an hour and is conducted by one of our Senior Consultants or professional Career Coaches. Perfect if you have an interview and want objective analysis with constructive feedback from an experienced industry specialist. Who needs interview coaching? As the market gets tougher and there are more applicants all applying for the same job, it is crucial you know how to stand out in the right way! Everyone needs help with interviews, however we have identified several key groups who particularly benefit from interview coaching: Students and graduates or those new to the job market New immigrants at any level needing advice and help on New Zealand interview protocols and styles Job seekers wanting to change industries or direction Anyone who has stayed with one company for years and now wishes to make a change Senior executives who are more used to being the interviewer than the interviewee Anyone who suffers a lack of confidence or who struggles to promote themselves positively What happens in an interview coaching session? Depending on what you need, we will tailor a session to suit you and your specific requirements. Our interview sessions generally include: Preparation prior to the interview – what you need to know How to make a great first impression Formulating examples that make you stand out and have the WOW factor Preparation for various interview types including role playing Written support material covering question styles, practice exercises and important tips How to deal with recruitment agencies versus direct with the Hiring Manager Interview follow up procedure Questions and answers PLUS we can offer some handy tips on how to prepare for psychometric testing! How many sessions will I need? Most people only need a one hour session although it is common for us to conduct a half hour 'top-up' phone session the day before an actual interview. This will then prepare you perfectly for the actual job you want and allow us to structure questions specifically for the company, interview format and role. We have proven success in making a real difference to your chances so that you stand out from your competitors and are the chosen one! Types of interview sessions we offer: Standard interview coaching covering every aspect Targeted, individual session focused on specific requirements or requests Student or graduate packages (see our Student Programme for more details) Executive coaching to Board level
