For EMPLOYEES, we offer Advocacy and Mediation services, where we are able to work with you and can act on your behalf to try and resolve workplace issues and achieve a positive outcome.
You need an Employment Advocate if you want advice before you sign an employment contract, have questions about a 90 Day Trial, have been invited to a disciplinary meeting or been unfairly dismissed, and would like to discuss filing a personal grievance or experiencing harassment in the workplace or are facing redundancy.
An Employment Advocate will discuss with you your specific situation, and will engage with your employer (on your behalf) through correspondence (letters, emails etc), phone calls and face-to-face meetings, to achieve resolution.
For EMPLOYERS, we offer dedicated employment and HR specialist advice targeted specifically for your business. This can be either a one-off service, or an ongoing relationship as a monthly agreement, to suit the needs of your business.
The goal of Back Pocket Services is to partner with your business and help you to attract, develop and maintain an effective and productive workforce.
We will work with you to achieve this goal through by ensuring that contracts are fit for purpose, 90 day trials are undertaken corrrectly, recruitment is done ro a high standard, leave is managed appropriately, performance is meeting expectation (including undertaking investigations) and that disciplinary procedures, restructures and redundancies are managed appropriately.
