What We Do
We xpel pests from:
- Commercial offices and shops;
- Industrial premises and buildings;
- Residential homes;
- Agricultural and rural settings;
- Environmental habitats such as forests, wetlands, and parks.
We will assess your pest problem.
When we receive your call we will arrange a convenient time to visit your premises to make an assessment of your pest problem. We will collect information about the site and ask about the particulars of the pest problem you have. This will help us understand just how extensive and established the problem is.
We will also undertake a health and safety hazard assessment. Please notify us of any specific hazards we need to be aware of. We may also need details of when it will be suitable to carry out any pest control as in some instances this has to be done when the premises are unoccupied.
Our initial assessment has no obligation and is free of charge within 50km of our office (that's from Pukekohe to Orewa).
We will tell you what we find.
Once we have completed our initial assessment, we will prepare a written Pest Assessment for you. This identifies the pest causing the problem and provides a summary of the findings of our initial assessment.
We will recommend a proven cost-effective solution.
The second part of our written Pest Assessment is our recommended actions for dealing with the problem. Depending on the pest this may involve trapping, baiting or a treatment spray, and may require work to exclude the pest from gaining entry to your premises. If necessary, a regular treatment programme can be designed and implemented where the problem is likely to recur.
We will provide a written quote.
We will provide you with a written quote to carry out the work we have recommended. Our standard quotes remain valid for 30 days from the day they are prepared so you are under no obligation or pressure to make a hurried decision.
Have us quote your pest treatment and we will enter you into our monthly prize draw for your choice of a CD voucher, fuel vouchers, a Mitre 10 gift card, or a 15% discount on your next pest treatment. We make one prize draw each month and will contact the winner directly.
We will carry out the work.
Once we have received your quote acceptance we will make an appointment for a convenient time to carry out the work. Depending on the circumstances of your site, and the work we need to complete, this can be scheduled during normal business hours, it can be after hours, or even during the weekend.
We understand that sometimes urgency is the key so we are available 24/7. For smaller jobs we may even be able to complete the work on the same day. Let us know what your requirements are and we will work to meet them.
We will tell you what we have done.
Once we have carried out the work we will provide you with a written Pest Treatment Record. This records details of the treatment, the types of control products we used, the strength of their application and any post-treatment recommendations you need to be aware of, in addition to the name of the technician who undertook the work.
We also record the details of all pesticide applications
in our pesticide register. If, in the future, you require the specific details of any pest treatments we have carried out on your premises, we can recall these details for you. For your piece of mind you can also download, from our page, Material Safety Data Sheets for the pesticides we use.
If you are happy with our work, please tell others. If you are not, please tell us.
