Creamed Coconut Powerballs Recipe
These are an instant
energy blast that be made in 5-10 minutes.
- Half jar Zenian 500ml Creamed coconut
- 3-4 generous dsps of Zenian Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Use Fully Fermented or Slightly Fermented Coconut Oil
- Dried cranberries to taste or dried dried apricots instead to taste
- Walnut pieces to taste
- 2 dsps Zenian Coconut nectar
jar of creamed coconut into a pot of hot water to soften. Remove half the jar and place in food processor and give it a whizz in
food processor with Coconut Oil.

mix by hand if you want a more chunky raw texture.
Remove from food processor and put mixture into a ice cube maker and put in fridge or freezer for quicker hardening.
