Our project administration is inclusive of commissioning inspections and we provide peer reviews for building consent inclusive of Design and Construction Producer Statements.
As a CBIP Level 2 registered lift inspector, Vertrans can offer a totally independent review of your equipment whether for your building warrant of fitness or as a review of the maintenance being provided on any vertical transportation device.

Vertrans are registered with all New Zealand Territorial Authorities to provide IQP inspections and design and construction peer review for lifts and escalators etc.

We also undertake pre-purchase due diligence reports to clearly identify capital expenditure requirements and risks associated with any feature in a building.

Vertrans also offer to provide expert legal witness to resolve contractual or compliance issues with a vertical transportation system.
Vertrans provide a range of performance-based lift and escalator maintenance contract documents designed to suit the individual application.  These maintenance contracts have been accepted by all recognised lift companies as being a fair and equitable document.  They have also been reviewed by New Zealand’s leading legal firms to ensure their suitability for use on any project.

The contracts include key performance indicators to ensure that the owners’ interests are being protected.
Documentation to suit the individual application is provided following our in-depth survey of the equipment, thus allowing a cost-effective solution to be provided to the client.
