CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is commonly used to treat depression, anxiety, addictions, anger issues and phobias. CBT is generally short-term and focused. In the CBT Group participants learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns and give you skills to use to change how you feel. Acceptance into these classes, is based upon a telephone assessment and payment being received in advance of the course. Early payment will be given a discount.
