Our experience suggests that at the time of initial implementation, the emphasis is on training to get the system “up and running” in the minimum time. However, there can be considerable benefit in a later audit of the site, to evaluate how the system is being used, and determine how it can be better used to ensure that the business obtains maximum value from the investment.
