Preparation of tender and contract documents including specialist expertise in FIDIC, NZS 3901 and Design-Build.

Construction Management

Set-up and management of project teams for the control of construction projects.

Contract Administration

Management of payments, variations, scope changes, claims and contract correspondence.

Cost Optimization

Implement projects to reduce raw materials costs, reduce waste, minimise labour costs and conversion costs.

Improvement Teams
