Please be advised that as of Monday 18th July 2011, TelstraClear have disconnected the TBN channel (113) from their cable network.
Because all TBN operations in the South Pacific are now run by the TBN Australia entity, we've had to consolidate all our contractual obligations under this single entity. Despite attempts on our behalf to prevent disruptions to the service, TelstraClear have yet not been forthcoming in negotiating a new contract.
We appeal to all out New Zealand partners that have been inconvenienced by this decision to lodge a formal complaint to TelstaClear by calling 0508 888 800.
We deeply apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will keep you updated on the progress of this issue.
