At the core of SIP is performance. Not just any performance, but advanced, intelligent Human Performance. The deciding factor that governs the success of any human endeavour is the quality of performance; whether that be at the pinnacle of international sport or global business.
At the top level of sport the physical difference between competitors is almost imperceptible. What separates world champions from the rest is what is going on in their minds. Those who dominate understand the significance of their state of mind. They know how to win and they know how to correct things when they don’t.
In 1996, after seven years of research, our principal and head performance specialist Craig Steel developed a revolutionary process designed to teach elite athletes how to create the right state of mind to excel on the world stage.
Within six months of its introduction his unique process was described as one of the single greatest advancements in New Zealand sport. Since introducing this process, Pro-Sport has become the performance tool of choice for an increasing number of the world’s best athletes.
As performance is of vital importance to national service institutions, we adapted the process Craig developed for elite athletes to assist service personnel. After months of additional testing, we produced a unique suite of programmes designed to equip officers with the tools to perform at an optimum level.
