*2 hours onsite per week on a day of your choosing (except Fridays) for server maintenance, resolving minor issues, documentation and future planning.

*7am-9pm remote support.

*Onsite support when needed (No time limits or onsite fees, unless at a different location from main office)

*Daily backup checks.

*Server monitoring

*Backup images taken on Fridays and taken off site (This is to compliment backups and is not designed to replace your existing backup solution).

*PC and laptop rebuilds and installs.

*After hours Server maintenance and reboots when required.

*Secure data destruction of decommissioned computers and servers.

Unlike many supposed "Fixed cost" solutions offered by some I.T companies we really mean it. The only time's we will charge you more are:

*When doing a project to replace or add servers.

*Support on public holidays.

*Onsite support at a location other than your head office.

*Equipment, licences or software purchased through SMB Networks.

Server or Network Troubleshooting - 8:30am-7pm Business PC -8am-5pm

$60 / half hour

Server - 7pm-8:30am

$100 / half hour

Server - 1 hour emergency response

Minimum charges:

The technician will spend a minimum of 30 minutes working on your computer or network.

For callouts more than 30km from our base in Half Moon Bay, the minimum charge is one hour. After 10pm our minimum charge is two hours.

Maximum charges:

A maximum charge of 3 hours applies only to a single stand alone computer that is not connected to a network and has only a single user profile.

Once three hours is reached, this maximum charge applies regardless of the time the technician actually spends repairing your problem.
