Mystery Shopping is designed to help maintain and improve customer service standards and identify training requirements among staff.

Each Mystery Shopper must be reliable, honest, observant, possess excellent written English skills, be confident enough to cope with a variety of scenarios, adhere to deadlines and have the desire to be part of a close knit, pro-active team.

Shopper Anonymous has a highly trained editorial team who monitor the use of language and identify any scoring irregularities. Any problems are investigated and may result in visits being conducted again.
