Cementitious Grouting

Pressure grouting can be used to stabilise slabs, provide extra stability to building foundations, or waterproof mass brick foundations.

Access to a particularly small particle size cement grout sometimes allows cost-effective solutions as an alternative to resin grouting.

Concrete repairs used in conjunction with cementitious grouting can be an effective way to increase the structural strength and stability of a building.

Sansom are a market leader in technical concrete repairs and have 30 years experience.

Coatings are useful for a variety of applications including foundation waterproofing, interior vapour barriers, as a high performance sealer for exterior brick, block and stone facades, and floor coatings. While it is always best to waterproof such walls from the exterior surface, a waterproof barrier can be achieved by careful use of Aquaguard 101, a water based epoxy resin.
