The programme includes an initial onsite discovery process to collate all information required to form a Health & Safety programme. Every second month you receive an action plan, which is a list of actions and plans that you need to complete. This allows you to work towards a level of compliance or to remain compliant.
A Safety Assist client services representative is assigned to your company to regularly keep in touch and to ensure that tasks and actions are completed in a timely manner. All information is recorded and maintained within the Safety Assist database.
The Safety Assist team works with you to ensure your Health & Safety programme remains a 'live document'. We are able to utilise our extensive knowledge and library of information for a fixed annual fee, which is based on the industry type and the number of FTE's (full time equivalent) employees/contractors that you are responsible for.
The service provides the following elements as part of a managed service:
- Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Hazard Register/Management
- Incident Register/Management
- Serious Harm Management
- HR/People Records (including training and competencies)
- Plant/Chemical and Vehicle Management
- Personalised inductions for staff and contractors
- PPE Management and needs analysis
- Project Plans for principal-contractor management
Pricing is based on a one time fixed fee for the initial setup and a 2 months service agreement.
