We have a small team of people who are here to provide personalized service and support for our residents if they need it. Our team will get to know each resident and what his/her needs are.
What makes Puriri Park unique is that we are not part of a large, corporate chain we are a small friendly village that is definitely geared to keeping all its residents safe, healthy and interested in enjoying life to the full!
Staff is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 3pm, ready to respond if residents either phone or press their emergency call buttons( located in each unit).
Staff are available to assist you with any concerns.
We aim to provide fantastic services including maintenance, lawn mowing, window cleaning and much more. Residents also have the opportunity to obtain additional services within the village at a reasonable cost (e.g. meals), Mid-day Meals Monday to Friday.
All you need to pay for is your village service fee, rates and contents insurance, power and phone costs — as well as your normal everyday living expenses. Undertaking all exterior maintenance and insurance is the responsibility of the village Body Corporate.
