PPG personnel will provide high quality planned maintenance which will maintain equipment performance. Regular planned maintenance will identify potential problems, allowing the Customer to plan repairs, or replace the equipment. The Maintenance Services will also maximise the effective life of the Equipment.
The Customer will also have 24 hour phone access to Power Protection for Emergency Support.

(c) Carry out performance checks on the UPS equipment
(d) Provide any necessary modifications to the UPS system software designed to enhance the operation of the current features of the existing equipment.
