About Pakuranga Learning Centre
Pakuranga Learning Centre offers a fun, creative and relaxed environment, whether you want full time or part time care.
Pakuranga Learning Centre has the program to meet the needs of all our children and families.
We value a supportive, safe environment where children and their families are able to contribute and be an integral part of the early childhood learning experience.
We believe that every child in our center is a unique individual. We encourage freedom of expression; we assist in developing their sense of belonging, confidence and ability to express their own ideas.
We follow the principles of Te Whariki included in our daily activities according to the age and development of each child and their Holistic development.
Each child has their own Portfolio where their art work, photos and learning stories are collected for your information. These are unique to your child and are for you to keep and treasure for ever.
We have an experienced, qualified, passionate and committed team of teachers, working alongside children and their Whanau.
We believe in listening to children and being advocates for their holistic development, learning and wellbeing. We have an open door policy that allows the teachers to support and respect parent and whanau to create stronger links between the home environment, the wider community and the center.
We provide babies and toddlers with a warm and caring environment.
