We will provide the physio most suited to your sporting needs upon making your appointment to ensure you are gaining the best treatment possible.

We work with all levels; young children to elite representative and professional athletes including members of the Auckland Blues Super 15 squad and many age grade national representatives.

As well as helping return athletes to full fitness we can offer advice regarding biomechanics, technique and equipment modification (including such aspects as footwear) to enhance performance in future and prevent further injuries. This can be examined in more depth if you may choose to undertake a full digital postural analysis (LINK TO PAGE).

Our physio's are members of the NZ sports and orthopedics association and NZ sports medicine association and frequently attend conferences and seminars as well as gaining access to international sports medicine journals. We are proud of our ability to provide the latest in rehabilitation techniques to get you back to full playing ability in the shortest time possible.
