Not only do we have highly available and knowledgeable staff to respond to queries, but we have advanced internal systems for processing and tracking the orders, optional e-commerce functionality, and automated reporting.
As part of the procurement process we understand that product selection and lifecycle management is key, and as such, we have systems in place to manage this process with our clients. Additional capability such as pre-staging or integration, proactive standard price lists, committed client stock, SLA approach to service, vendor negotiations and management, consolidated invoicing, and client seminars and events, provide an end to end offering.
