We have a simple and effective planning process which assists clients to create a strategic plan for their business. This is founded on the client's vision and provides all stakeholders with clear goals and clear direction, with a clear plan of how the goals will be achieved.
The process is in three parts, beginning with a strategic analysis of the business and its environment. It includes a SWOT analysis of the company's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, including consideration of the company's internal and external environment.
In stage two we consider the challenges and opportunities the company faces to set a strategic direction for the company. At this stage we identify the strategic goals the company wishes to achieve and the overall strategies it will employ to achieve those goals.
The third stage is the development of an Action Plan, which sets out in detail how the strategic goals will be achieved.
Business Planning & Implementation
A clear business plan is essential if the businesses strategy is to be successfully implemented. It maps out clearly where the company is now, where it's going and importantly, how it will get there, detailing who, what, when etc.
We have a well developed planning process to help clients develop effective business plans. The return on the time and resource invested in the plan however is in its successful implementation. Where necessary we are also able to assist with the implementation of the plan, including managing the change process.
