iSOFT works diligently to ensure its applications are as intuitive and user-friendly as possible, and predominantly provides a “train the trainer” approach for implementations in order to ensure end users are instructed in accordance with local business practice and in a context that is easily understood.  Nonetheless, the criticality and complexity of the applications being delivered, and the more technical niche work that supports them, necessitates a strong training ethic, and for that reason a core team of trainers is available to advise and tailor training on a wide range of relevant areas.

iSOFT’s team regularly provides training on areas as various as:

  • Relational Database Reporting
  • System Administration
  • Stock Control & Equipment Management and
  • Effective System Management

in addition to training in the frontline use of iSOFT’s applications, and this can all be readily delivered as refresher or update courses, in addition to full-scope tuition for relative newcomers.
