Saturday, Antenatal and Pregnancy classes
Pregnancy, Pain Relief, Support Groups
These Classes are only available for Mother's who are living in the West Auckland Area.
Classes are based in Titirangi Village.
Classes are held at Titirangi Community House, 500 South Titirangi Rd.
Classes are on Saturdays and run from 0930hrs -1530hrs for 2 weeks consecutively.
Saturday Classes are FREE.
Courses are subsidised by Mama Maternity through the District health board.

Note: write your Estimated due date, your DOB and LMC name in the comment box.
We provide refreshments for both days.
- Please note: We ask you to bring something for a shared morning tea and lunch for the Pregnant Mother and one support person (e.g. husband, partner or a friend) for both days. The food is ideally suitable for vegetarians, but not for gluten intolerant.
