Sales and Merchandising Force
Our professional and committed sales force calls on all Supermarkets. They place orders, increase distribution, organise in store displays while expanding and improving shelf position for our brands. The FNZ Brands merchandising team are replenishing supermarket shelves on a 3x/week or as required basis. The separate second sales force is calling on convenience outlets and petrol/gas stations.
Key Account Management
Our experienced Key Account Management Team calls on supermarkets, department stores and convenience outlet head offices. Furthermore, effective head office and in store promotional programmes are planned and implemented by the FNZ Brands team to ensure healthy brand growth. They also present new products, maximize the product ranging and influence shelf planogram product positions.
Our Customer Services Team enters orders in the computer system and look after our customers before, during and after their purchase.
The FNZ Brands Logistics Team picks, packs and ships stored stock and POS material to anywhere in New Zealand within 1-2 days using the Axapta system.
Furthermore we offer full Finance and Administration support.
FNZ Brands offers full advertising and media buying as well as consumer promotions, strategic planning and public relations.
