We offer personal training services in our private home
fitness studio or for seniors who wish to exercise in a private setting where
they are most comfortable, without any need to worry about driving - in-home
personal training one-on-one, and small group.
For those who suffer
from arthritis, joint pain or muscle stiffness, we can help provide some relief
such as massage and specific exercise programs.
We have a solid understanding of the older adult body, its
limitations and its capabilities, guide seniors through age-appropriate
exercise programs that are designed for them.
programs will be customized to the client, taking into consideration the
senior’s wants, needs, goals and current physical condition.
We can help them :

Typically, program sessions last one hour can be executed as
often as you like. Professional fitness programs can include weight training,
cardio exercises (on or off of machines), walking, stretching, etc.
