Fingermark provides customers with a range of after-sales service support arrangements. While all hardware products come with warranty agreements, invariably users require peace of mind with on-site service support. Fingermark offers such service level agreements nationwide, through a network of support contractors. All inbound enquiries are initially funnelled into a call centre, with requests then channelled to the appropriate support party. In the event that diagnosis and fault resolution cannot be achieved over the phone, technicians will then make an on-site visit and either repair or replace the faulty item. Response times will vary according to the type of service level arrangement and the customer’s geographic location.
