THE WORLD’S GREATEST SMOOTHIE SMOOTHIE BERRY ICE CREAM
Blend 100g Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries with 250mls apple juice and half a banana. For a thicker smoothie add a couple of ice cubes or a little yoghurt, ice cream or milk.
SMOOTHIE ICE BLOCKS
Blend 1 cup of Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries with a banana, a tub of yoghurt, and some apple or orange juice to sweeten. Freeze in ice block moulds. Great for the children on a hot day – and for the grown ups too.
Puree 500g Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries with 100gms icing sugar. Add the juice of ½ lemon and ½ orange. Beat 300ml of cream until stiffly whipped. Fold the fruit puree into the whipped cream and freeze. BERRY BLEND DAIQUIRI
Place 50 mls white rum, 1/3 cup Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries, 20 mls squeezed lime or lemon juice, ½ tsp sugar, and 1 cup crush ice into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. CAROLYN’S BERRY SMOOTHIE
Puree 2 bananas, 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt, 2 cups apple juice and 1 cup Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries until smooth. Serves 3. BLAIR’S SMOOTH OPERATOR
Place 1 large sliced banana and 2 cups Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries into a blender. Fill with orange juice or cranberry fruit drink to 750ml. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
