Orchard Gold Frozen Blueberries are nature's brain food

Beat eggs, milk, sugar and melted butter together in a bowl. Sift the flour and baking powder into egg mixture. Add blueberries and lightly mix to just combine.

Orchard Gold Mixed Berries

Featured recipe from Ralph Schmidt, Head of School of Baking and Patisserie, MIT, Auckland. Let cool down before cutting and serve with custard sauce, ice cream or whipped cream. Fill with the fruit filling, then roll out other half of dough and lay on top. Roll out half the dough until it is 5 mm thick and place in the tin. 150 g sugar 2 lemons - grated zest and juice. Mix diced apple and Mixed Berries together.

For a thicker smoothie add a couple of ice cubes or a little yoghurt, ice cream or milk.SMOOTHIE ICE BLOCKSBlend 1 cup of Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries with a banana, a tub of yoghurt, and some apple or orange juice to sweeten. Puree 2 bananas, 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt, 2 cups apple juice and 1 cup Orchard Gold Smoothie Berries until smooth.

Orchard Gold Mixed Berry Recipes

MIXED BERRY BRULEE Thaw a 500g bag of Orchard Gold Mixed Berries, stir in icing sugar to sweeten, then place berries in an ovenproof serving dish. Have your family and/or guests sitting at the table ready for dessert before you put the cream and brown sugar on the berries. Place the second sheet of pastry over the top of the berries and trim to fit the dish. Mix cornflour and sugar together and mix into berries, then place in the dish.
