Extreme Trampolines, Extreme coaches, Extreme Fun! At our day of fun we get out all the cool things! The bouncy castle, the Extreme Everest wall, the parachute and all the trampolines are used for games and fun activities throughout the day. Make sure to bring your own snacks, drink and lunch. Your child will come home extremely tired, extremely happy and extremely proud of themselves!

Bounce Up Course.

Learn to be a Pro trampolinist! Extreme Trampolines, Extreme coaches, Extreme Fun! Taught by New Zealand representative trampolinists, children will learn safety on the trampolines as well as being extended to learn flips and skills under the watchful eyes of our qualified and experienced coaches. Beginners are welcomed and all sessions include fun and games.

At the conclusion of the course children will receive an Extreme Trampoline Bounce Up Ribbon to reward them for the hard work they have done.

These are available for pick up from our venue, or we can post them out to you if we receive your information 10 days prior to the booking. They make the birthday child feel very special throughout the session and always make sure everyone is safe and having fun. Birthday parties at Extreme Trampoline are something unique - we want you to have a birthday to remember.


Adult Programmes - Extreme Trampoline

If it's fitness you're after - our qualified instructor will take you through a Boot Camp type hour of fun. We do cardio and strength moves on the trampoline to burn fat and tone our bodies the ultra-fast way. The latest research from NASA is that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to a 30 minute run. No more boring runs or mundane work outs.
