You all know you loved to bounce on a trampoline as a kid! So why not start it up again as a way to keep fit? No more boring runs or mundane work outs! This one is super-charged! And super-fun! You won't even notice you're doing your body good!

Have you heard? The latest research from NASA (so it must be true!) is that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to a 30 minute run! So come along and burn those calories in our great new gym.

You have two options for classes:

- For those wanting to learn trick and moves - perhaps for stunt work, or for aerial tricks for wakeboarding, snowboarding, free-style skiing etc, or just for a bit of fun and fitness!

Tuesday & Thursday nights 7:30pm-9pm

- This is 


 a trampoline skills session. We do cardio and strength moves on the trampoline to burn fat and tone our bodies the ultra-fast way!

Mondays 7:30pm-8:30pm

Thursdays 1:30pm-2:30pm

If it's fitness you're after - our qualified instructor will take you through a Boot Camp type hour of fun, jumping and toning. Each person works at their own pace so all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. Please introduce yourself to the instructor when you come in and let them know what your goals are for the session.

Birthday Parties - Extreme Trampoline

These are available for pick up from our venue, or we can post them out to you if we receive your information 10 days prior to the booking. They make the birthday child feel very special throughout the session and always make sure everyone is safe and having fun. Birthday parties at Extreme Trampoline are something unique - we want you to have a birthday to remember.


Holiday Programme

At the conclusion of the course children will receive an Extreme Trampoline Bounce Up Ribbon to reward them for the hard work they have done. The bouncy castle, the Extreme Everest wall, the parachute and all the trampolines are used for games and fun activities throughout the day. Extreme Trampolines, Extreme coaches, Extreme Fun.
