We’ve conducted a complete review of your consented plans relative to the original quotation and scope. From this we have developed your full project schedule with key milestones and timeframes. All sub trades and suppliers, have been booked (as appropriate) ensuring smooth and timely project management.

Throughout your project, your primary point of contact is your Site Manager, and along with your Project Manager, they will conduct weekly site meetings with yourself – updating and discussing your project.Additional project management meetings will occur where your Project Manager and Site Manager meet and plan, coordinate and manage your renovation.
