4. Anyone that works on your vehicle will be well trained to deliver you an accurate, safe and high standard of service.
5. We will uphold high customer and automotive service standards, befitting an MTA member.
6. All mechanical work is covered by a 12 month or 20,000km warranty (whichever comes first).
7. Floor mats, seat covers and guard covers will be utilised where appropriate, ensuring your vehicle is returned in exceptional condition.
8. As vehicle safety is paramount, a complimentary safety inspection and written report will be offered, ensuring you understand the condition of your vehicle.
9. Our showroom will be clean and comfortable, with all of our customers provided with access to fresh coffee and water, a daily newspaper and up-to-date magazines.
10. We will dispose of used tyres, lubricants and all other potentially hazardous materials in a legal and environmentally conscious manner.
