Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Awards

By: Bayleys North Shore  05-Apr-2012

Bayleys North Shore was a finalist in the ‘Excellence in Service Delivery’ category of the Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards which were celebrated on 3 September. The nomination recognised the significant role that our In Touch customer services team plays in providing feedback, statistics, client liaison and after-sales follow up. Their role has contributed largely to our on-going business success.

“Selling or buying a property does not just stop when the final paperwork is completed and the ink is dry,” says Sue Stanaway, director of Bayleys North Shore.

“It is vital to our business that we get a barometer of our service levels and we believe in keeping in touch with our clients to ensure that we get relevant and timely feedback from them at all stages of the sale and purchase process. That way, we can fine tune our services to make sure that we are delivering beyond expectations.“Many of our clients have loyally transacted multiple properties with us and referred us to their family and friends. That is the ultimate affirmation that we are doing our job well.”

Bayleys North Shore were winners in the 2007 Business Excellence Awards for the Contribution to Community category; were finalists in 2008 for the Marketing Award and highly commended last year in the Service Delivery category.
