Barclay Consulting recognises that most businesses operating in the New Zealand market place are very small, owner-operator type organisations.  Many of them have one person undertaking all aspects of the business, and they invariably do not have the time, resource and/or experience to undertake important strategic or planning activities.  They are immersed in the day to day operation of the business and cannot afford the time or money to stand back and look objectively at their business, plan its growth or guide its development. 

Barclay Consulting is not a ‘manual’ driven consulting company.  We do not sell you our ‘systems’ or our ‘programmes’, rather preferring to offer constructive, practical hands-on guidance and advice which is appropriate to you and your business.  If all you want, or require, is some one-off help with your business planning, or alternatively you wish to build a long term ‘outsourced’ marketing or business partnership with us, it doesn’t matter – we work with you to ascertain exactly what it is you want and what is best for your business.  Discussions regarding fees take place at the same time so you know exactly what you are dealing with and can make informed decisions from the outset.
