Challenges, changes and what you need to know – FORUM

Many Not-For-Profit organisations in New Zealand are required to be audited. This can be a major frustration in a number of respects. Some NFP organisations are also experiencing challenges such as it being harder to find auditors, and the audit process becoming more complicated and expensive. Added to this are some significant environmental changes such as new accounting and audit standards, new legislation impacting auditors and independent oversight of auditors being introduced in New Zealand. NFP organisations that understand these issues and implications will be more successful.

In fact, anyone involved in the audit process in a Not-For-Profit organisation.

The Big Event March 2012 @ Auckland Disability Providers Network Inc

It is to be a celebration of the skills and talents of people with disabilities and will also be a fantastic opportunity for the general public to gain information from service providers and equipment suppliers. There will be an opening breakfast on Friday morning and a closing ceremony on Saturday afternoon, with awards to be presented at both occasions.
