Arena offers a range of support services, from technical support for your everyday questions to hands-on support from our customer success team for help getting started with a new feature, applying best
practices or solving another challenge. You can also hear about what other customers are doing by talking to them in the Arena Discussion Forums.
Technical support is available to all active Arena customers, as well as their partners and suppliers. Using the FastFeedback™ link found on every page in the Arena application, users can send questions,
issues and suggestions directly to the Arena support team and receive a response within one business day (often within just a couple of hours).
The status of cases can be seen at the online support center. In addition to commenting on their cases and seeing suggested solutions, portal users can review frequently asked questions or browse the
knowledge base of common technical solutions.
The Arena customer success team is available to help companies get the most out of the Arena features they’re already using and take advantage of additional included functionality whenever they’re ready.
