  • Suitability of your products for this system

  • What would be required in order to proceed

This package is a one-off. It does not include legal advice or on-going support.

Package 2: Basic Package

Included in this package:

  1. Business Mentoring and support from The Party Plan Expert:
  2. Legal Advice and support from Russell Kennedy:
    • Consultant Agreement for your business, with written explanation.

    • Note: Russell Kennedy does not recommend the use of policies and procedures manuals and hence, it is not in a position to provide this service. However, it will vet the clients’ preferred form of policies and procedures for an additional fee which can be negotiated.

    • Access to on-going support and legal advice regarding your business for start-up purposes for 6 months, with an option to extend this arrangement for a further 6 months.

    • Fee estimate to be provided prior to commencement of any work, or in appropriate circumstances a fixed fee can be negotiated. This could include vetting of advertising material for legal compliance, and advice on Fair Trading and consumer protection laws applicable to the business.

    • Disbursements will also be charged to you.

Package 3: Deluxe Package

Included in this package:

  1. Business Mentoring and support from The Party Plan Expert:
  2. Legal Advice and support from Russell Kennedy:
    • Consultant Agreement for your business, with written explanation. This agreement will contain all policies and procedures for your business. Review of standard form Australian compensation plan for legal compliance, with written explanation.
