Paua Cottage is located on the beachfront and is ideal for families and friends, would also suit couples wanting to relax and unwind.  Sit and watch the water or enjoy SKY TV.

Three bedrooms, 1 x king size bed, 2 x queens, 2 shower room bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dish drawer dishwasher, large pantry, plenty of kitchen utensils etc; spacious lounge and dining room that lead onto a front and back deck with a BBQ.

There is a washing machine and dryer available for guest use, garage and large lawn area where steps will lead you down onto the beach below. The house is fully equipped with all the normal requirements of a holiday home.

Please note: For your comfort, Paua Cottage is a non-smoking property. Linen is not supplied, it is an additional charge of $25.00 per person per week or part thereof - BYO linen is also an option.
