Field Agents are also requested to obtain a personal information disclosure and financial statement of means. If requested, our Field Agents can also provide an accurate report detailing assets, liabilities and income.
Our Field Agents are often required to inspect and value loan security, confirm addresses and ensure the integrity of loan applications and other financial data provided by debtors or clients.
Nationwide Recoveries and Accredited Process Servers conduct credit and financial investigations, comprehensive risk assessments and audits on any company or commercial interest.

Nationwide Recoveries (a division of Neill Group) manage a specialised Commercial Asset Recovery Team who will trace, locate and seize your assets, goods and vehicles quickly and safely using only professional and legal methods.
Nationwide Recoveries will only deploy trained and experienced repossession agents to recover any asset or security from consumer goods to heavy machinery and motor vehicles.
The team at Nationwide Recoveries are subject to pre-employment screening to ensure they comply with the requirements as an accredited repossession agents as defined under the Credit Contracts Act and related Government legislation.
Nationwide Recoveries (a division of Neill Group) are also Repossession Agents who are considered experts within the industry.
Our Agents will always attempt to recover arrears and costs or if instructed, repossess without negotiation.
The commercial and consumer recovery services we perform include the trace and repossession of chattels, consumer goods, boats, aircraft, commercial machinery and motor vehicles (including heavy trade).
All of our professional team exceed the requirements as accredited repossession agents under the current Credit (Repossession) Act 1997 and subjected to pre-emeployment screening prior to engagement.
